Our Project Team has developed a comprehensive consultation program designed to:
- Use effective notification methods to engage the broader community and consider all input and differing viewpoints.
- Provide stakeholders with timely access to Project information, enabling meaningful participation.
- Foster a cooperative and productive consultation environment, addressing input constructively.
- Show how feedback has influenced the Project, acknowledging the importance of dialogue even when not everyone agrees.
- Make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns.

The consultation program will be ongoing throughout the Preliminary Design and Class Environmental Assessment Study. It will include communication and meetings with municipal staff (including Municipal Advisory Committee meetings) and Council as required, emergency service providers, regulatory and review agencies, transit operators, Indigenous communities, and directly impacted members of the public.
We will schedule two rounds of Public Information Centres during this Study to give interested individuals the opportunity to learn more about the Study process and provide feedback directly to the Project Team.
The final notification for this Study will be to advise of the filing of the Transportation Environmental Study Report for the 30-day public comment period. The Transportation Environmental Study Report will summarize and document the process completed and provide additional opportunity for interested persons to provide feedback.

This session will introduce the Project, provide background information, discuss safety and traffic challenges and opportunities, present the preliminary improvement alternatives, and evaluation criteria. It will provide an opportunity to discuss issues or concerns directly with members of the Project Team. Displays and presentation materials will become available on this site following the session.
Public Information Centre #2
This session will seek input on the results of the evaluation of alternatives, the Recommended Plan including proposed avoidance and mitigation strategies, and the proposed construction staging and traffic management strategies. Displays and presentation materials will become available on this site following the session.
